UGH John I'm trying to give Maddox some credit on this, but he just totally creeps me out.

I did want to mention the "Data's Day" Maddox connection in the show, but somehow neglected to do so. It is interesting that Data chose to correspond with him....he's a better man than I am because I would have absolutely cut him off.

Lore is a nasty dude - Maddox's saw would have been an appropriate punishment!

hi John
Interesting idea about the trivia, I'll have to give it some thought. We are still getting our sea legs so if something like that does happen it will be a long time from now.
I had envisioned that folks at home might have fun answering the questions, I'm glad that it appears I am correct. We may read your comment on the podcast, if that's ok, John!

Love this new podcast. You guys ever going to do trivia with listeners? Like if we can Skype in for it or if you broadcast live when you record and have a chat room, etc.. I got the majority of your questions right, would love to challenge you guys sometime.

To give credit where credit is due, at the end of the episode Maddox did come around agreeing that Data was remarkable. He even called Data a 'he' instead of 'it'. And in a later episode, I think "Data's Day", Data is narrating a letter he's writing about his routine to further assist in his research, so it appears Data considers Maddox a friend afterward.

One thing I wish they did after Data defeated Lore was to have Lore sentenced to do what Maddox wanted to do to Data in "Measure of a Man". Since Lore is basically a criminal.

Yep. I'm supposed to put that stuff in the show notes, and I didn't.

I think I need to set you up with some rights here.

Jeff, we should have links to what we talk about in the show notes. Perhaps under the podcast?

Q Who @ Memory Alpha: http://memory-alpha.org/wiki/Q_Who_(episode)
Q Who @ GEOS.TV: http://geos.tv/index.php/episode?eid=6051

Trek Resort: http://trekmovie.com/2011/05/21/star-trek-attraction-to-be-part-of-2014-red-sea-resort-in-jordan/

BTW, thanks Cindy in Canada! You're our first feedback. We haven't advertised, but if you like us tell your friends.

You must have meant an email comment.... It was a good observation, but we'll probably discuss on the new segment, "Listener Feedback," eh?

Firefly was on the short list.

The problem with Firefly is that there is simply not enough material to support a weekly podcast. The Signal is a great podcast, they do a great job with the little material that there is and I enjoy listening to those guys. Quite a nice professional podcast, too.
